Every form on this site is a custom inquiry, not a purchase — nothing is charged automatically. Pricing, availability, and final details are confirmed directly with Maylin (by phone, text, email, Instagram, or TikTok) after you submit an inquiry.

A nonrefundable deposit is required to begin most custom orders once details and pricing are confirmed. The deposit secures your date and covers sourcing costs for flowers, plushies, and other materials specific to your order.

Standard custom arrangements need at least 24–48 hours notice. Weddings and large events need a minimum of 2–4 weeks. Rush requests may be accommodated case-by-case but aren't guaranteed.

Fresh flower varieties and colors depend on seasonal and wholesaler availability. If an exact bloom isn't available, it may be substituted with something of equal or greater value and similar color/style — every effort is made to stay true to your vision.

Deposits are nonrefundable. Cancellations made with enough notice before the scheduled date may be eligible to reschedule at Maylin's discretion — reach out as soon as possible if your plans change.

Fresh flower arrangements, gift baskets, alcohol gifts, and picnic setups are available for local delivery or pickup in the Lebanon/Nashville, TN area only. Delivery windows and any fees are confirmed at the time of your order.

Fresh flowers and alcohol gifts cannot be shipped. Only eternal (artificial) flower arrangements are eligible for shipping outside the local delivery area, at the customer's risk once handed to the carrier.

Customized alcohol gifts are available only where legally permitted, for local pickup or delivery. Valid, government-issued ID proving the recipient is 21+ is required at the time of pickup or delivery — Vanesu Creations reserves the right to refuse delivery without it.

Photos on this site are of real past creations unless otherwise noted, used to show the style and range of work available. Submitting a review or photo through the review form grants Vanesu Creations permission to feature it on the website and social media, with your name or handle as provided.
